Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services at https://aipyqs.in (the “Service”), operated by the founder of AiPYQs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only under the supervision of, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchase.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or paid access to anyone else.

3. The Service

The Service provides study and exam-preparation material and related tools. Some features may use artificial intelligence. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • We do not guarantee that any content, answer or AI-generated response is complete, accurate or up to date. Always verify important information against official sources.
  • We do not guarantee any exam result, rank, selection or other outcome from using the Service.
  • We may add, change or remove features at any time.

4. Pricing and payments

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Access to paid features is granted after your payment is successfully confirmed.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases you have already completed.
  • If a recurring plan is offered, you authorise us to charge you at the start of each billing period until you cancel, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Purchases are generally non-refundable. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before you buy. It forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly share our content or paid material without written permission;
  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Service or extract data from it;
  • attempt to break, probe or overload the Service, or bypass any access or payment control;
  • share your account with others or use someone else’s account;
  • upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content, or malware; or
  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, text, compilations and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and its content for your own study, for as long as you comply with these Terms.

Exam names, institution names and other third-party names or materials remain the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any exam-conducting body unless we say so expressly.

8. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it as needed to operate the Service, including sending it to our service providers to generate responses. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not break any law or anyone’s rights.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. If we end your access because you broke these Terms, you will not receive a refund.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that the Service will always be available or free of bugs, delays or security issues.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
